In a first grade career spanning 17 seasons, there was no single award or achievement that alluded Lockyer, in any level of the game. After growing up in western Queensland, Lockyer played a record 355 first grade games for his beloved Brisbane Broncos, winning three NRL premierships, as well as captaining the team in 2006. At State level, he appeared 36 times for the Maroons, who under his leadership clinched a record six straight series victories from 2006-2011. He also represented Australia a record 59 times, along the way securing every try and point scoring benchmark on offer.
This is a man who understands the importance of preparation and implementation, a key attribute all business owners require for success.
